After many communications with the customer to adjust the plan, a formal order contract was signed in October 2019 to purchase 230 sets of automatic winding filters, which were delivered in batches according to the customer’s requirements. The customer requested to pick up the goods by themselves, and arranged centralized container loading. In 2019 The first batch of 60 sets was delivered in mid-November.

According to the information provided by the customer such as the hole size, site height, required air volume, etc., the aluminum profile automatic winding filter is designed to be used for filtration. The filter size is 2120W*4267H*750D. It is equipped with an imported pressure differential switch and a pressure differential meter. The control method is in accordance with The customer requested that the design use a manual start motor for winding, an AC 120V 400W 60Hz motor, and a special G4 filter cotton for the filter to meet customer needs and reduce costs.
